A fantastic Saber with only minor issues.

The construction is solid, the design itself is very nice and the weight and grip are excellent. Thee crystal chamber is beautiful, and the sound is crisp and clear. The buttons are easy to use, and the variety of sound fonts and customisable blade colours are excellent.

As for the issues, while minor, are still enough to mention that it can't get a perfect score though. For one, there are small but significant imperfections in the finish of the Saber in rather noticeable areas. Also, when fully screwed in, the lines in the hilt and handle do not line up with each other properly, which is a slight disappointment.

Second, the crystal rotates while activated. While this is a visually cool feature, it does also make a fair bit more noise that I would have expected. Not enough to detract from the sound fonts, but certainly enough to be noticeable if you didn't expect it. And I did not notice anything within the app that would allow me to turn that rotation off.

However, even with those little niggles, I am still very satisfied with the Saber, and would still recommend it if you were on the fence.

After weeks and weeks of emails. Picture after picture. I have gotten 3 replies with, try this, now try this. Then they tell me that they are shipping me a new unit with just the parts that I need. Now it’s 2 more weeks and I can’t get a reply as to when it will be delivered. This was a gift for a relative that wanted this particular saber for their collection.
I still have a brand new hilt that has two stripped screws that will not allow me to remove the battery for long term storage. I have ordered so many sabers from this company without any issues. Then I get this one and go to test out their alleged warranty or customer service and this what I get . Sad. I will refrain from placing any further orders with this company. Just for the record. I have 46 sabers in my collection so far. With 12 more on order from other suppliers. I hope Superneox is happy with their choice of providing there level of service that cost them a customer and possibly other customers and other collectors that I know.

The shogun saber is certainly a unique design! What was really unexpected to me was that it makes the iconic dinosaur sounds from the Jurassic Park movies, so I will be keeping that sound font!

Das Material ist Hochwertig und sehr SEHR stabil, die SRGB Klingen brechen nicht und das selbst bei harten Kämpfen, und wenn mal was Kaputt geht (egal ob beim Kämpfen die Klinge oder beim Zusammenschrauben die Schrauben) es wird einfach Ersatz gesendet. Ich werde Definitiv nochmal hier kaufen.

Ich habe am 18.04 bestellt und das Paket ist am 23.04 noch nicht einmal bei dhl. Würde mich freuen wenn es bald kommt denn es ist ein Geschenk

Bought the Itachi lightsaber in Dec 2025 for my son who is a member of a national lightsaber organization. It looks fantastic, but after owning for 4 months and only being used twice at events and a couple of times at training sessions the hilt keeps coming loose, and to sort it out you have to strip it all down to tighten up 3 tiny hex-head screws that are barely suitable for holding hilt parts together. Am going to have to look for replacement screws in order to keep it tight so it can be used for longer than 20 minutes at a time and to avoid having to continually strip it down and risk damaging the wires, otherwise it is going to be turning into a pretty wall feature.

I got this blade and it worked very well for me as it was my first, but then after a few months i had broken the parts where the chip were due to a fall, but the customer service after some talking said that a replacement will come soon and it was efficent and great overall!

Outre la qualité et la beauté du sabre OBI WAN EP3 et malgré un tout petit problème de vis pour le maintien de la lame, le service après vente est top. Très à l'écoute, réactif et professionnel, le problème est résolu rapidement, sans aucun frais ! Je recommande vivement SUPERNEOX.

Superneox kept me informed like a champ. I ordered June 18, but courier and circuitry problems stretched the final delivery to July 25. Not Superneox's fault, they even sent a free, good core to me after the first caught the notorious dead D61 diode problem. I have two broken lightsaber cores now, might return here to send them in for repair!

I ordered a kestis SE for my son’s birthday. Placed order on the 25th of June, a whole month before his birthday thinking delivery takes at most 10 working days. I’m so lucky I ordered when I did as it took a whole month to the date to arrive. I had emailed about the order a couple of times and I always got a response. The first one was to tell me it was out of stock and took a week to come back into stock. Then I got a tracking number and it lay stagnant for another week. I got nervous but they assured me it was in progress. Finally this morning it arrived. It looks absolutely fantastic I don’t know how it’s working yet as it’s another 2 days to his birthday but the looks alone is wow. If u want to order make sure it’s well in advance for you needing it.

These things are unreal. Genuinely got me feeling like a jedi. Could not be more happy with them. From the design to the sound effects its top quality and realistic, just completely epic. Also want to thank supernox for great customer service and fast reply. Everything 10 out of 10

It's the best lightsaber
I have seen various lightsabers, but this one is of high quality and I am very satisfied.
It took about 2 weeks to arrive, but I waited for it because I thought it was a training to train the force and spirit.
I am satisfied that you responded to the email well.
I decided to buy it after looking at YouTuber's @FS.channel.
Because there were few Japanese review videos of SUPERNEOX...
Japanese Jedi! Now is the time to rebel with a lightsaber in your hand! May the Force be with you!!

The LG lightsaber is truly amazing and fun to use when dealing with friends.
that's all i have to say about it... and also took over 20 days to get it but its worth it.

Das grogu lichtschwert ist ein top einsteiger lichtschwert. Es macht sehr viel Spaß also ein Muss für einen Star wars fan. Das einzige das nicht so schön war ist die Lieferzeit die bei mir 15 Tage waren. Trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert.

Un très bon sabre même si le Bluetooth avec l’application pour le n’écopai el est horrible et a beaucoup de mal à marcher j’ai du le faire marcher 1 fois sur toute mes tentatives. Sinon très bon son plein de fonctionnalités énormément de personnalisation possible

Just received my Jedi Artifact lightsaber today and it is a dream. It sounds amazing, looks amazing and feels amazing. I was blown away by how many sound and visual fonts it comes with. Massively recommend this lightsaber if you're not overly fussed about the basic hilt

I ordered the Ani Se saber on 25th of february and expected a 4 - 7 day delivery. I only ordered a saber on this website because i was expecting fast delivery as i hoped to use the saber for a cosplay party. I would have ordered somewhere else if i did not need it on that specific day. I havent recieved the saber yet tho but i have seen a lot of reviews on it and i think it looks great and i expect to get a great saber. But i did not expect to get it 13 days efter ordering when the website clearly indicated it to be 4 - 7 days. I know its all the way from Hong Kong but atleast do something about it. Im a bit disapointed.

I received my Vader SE as a gift earlier in February, and I must say, the presentation was impressive right from the start. The build quality of the hilt exceeded my expectations—it felt sturdy and well-crafted. However, when I began swinging the lightsaber, I quickly realized there was an issue somewhere. It wasn’t functioning as smoothly as expected and the blade would go off and on intermittently.

I promptly contacted the customer service team via the chat function, and they were very responsive. They provided me with a few troubleshooting suggestions, which I appreciated. After going through the steps, it became clear that the blade was the source of the problem and needed to be replaced.

I was thoroughly impressed with how efficiently and professionally the issue was handled. The customer service team was proactive and resolved the matter quickly. This experience has certainly built my confidence in SuperNeox, and I feel reassured that I can trust them when considering buying another lightsaber in the future. Thanks again guys!
