Jedi Artifact

I purchased this lightsaber as a birthday gift for my son, and unfortunately what should have been an exciting gift has turned into weeks of troubleshooting, repairs, emails, and waiting for replacement parts. He still does not have a properly functioning lightsaber.

The first issue was the speaker. The sound became severely distorted, so I contacted SUPERNEOX. Their solution was to send me a replacement speaker and have me repair the lightsaber myself.

I am capable of replacing a speaker, but that is not really the point. When a customer purchases a completed lightsaber, especially as a birthday gift, they should not automatically be expected to diagnose, disassemble, and repair a defective product themselves.

The speaker also was not the only problem. On multiple occasions, the saber has essentially frozen during use. The sound completely stops, the blade remains illuminated, and the saber becomes unresponsive. It will not shut down normally, and I have had to remove power from the saber to turn it off.

I specifically explained this to SUPERNEOX because a defective speaker does not adequately explain why the entire saber would freeze or why the blade would remain illuminated and refuse to shut off. Despite that, I was initially told the speaker was the problem.

I eventually received the replacement speaker and installed it.

The replacement speaker did not fix the distorted sound.

I contacted SUPERNEOX again and explained that the replacement speaker had not solved the problem. They then told me they would send me a replacement core.

That was nine days ago.

This time I received a USPS tracking number, but there are still no shipping details because USPS does not have possession of the package. I have a tracking number, but no indication that the replacement core has actually been shipped.

I emailed [****] again to get a status update, only to receive notice that the person handling the contact email is currently on leave and will apparently be unavailable for another eight days.

So at this point:

The original speaker failed.

The saber also freezes and becomes unresponsive.

I replaced the speaker myself as requested.

The new speaker did not fix the distorted audio.

SUPERNEOX agreed to send a replacement core.

Nine days later, USPS still does not have the package.

And now the customer service contact is unavailable for another eight days.

The most frustrating part is that this was my son’s birthday gift. Instead of simply giving him a lightsaber he could enjoy, I have spent weeks troubleshooting it, backing things up, testing it, disassembling it, replacing parts, emailing customer service, and waiting for another component.

I understand that electronics can occasionally fail. Defective products happen, and I was willing to give SUPERNEOX the opportunity to make it right.

My frustration is with how the problem has been handled.

At some point, replacing individual components becomes unreasonable. A customer should not have to progressively rebuild a newly purchased lightsaber just to receive the functioning product they originally paid for.

For the price of these products, I expected much better quality control and after-sale support.

I genuinely wanted to have a positive experience with SUPERNEOX and had considered buying additional lightsabers in the future. Instead, weeks after my son’s birthday, I am still trying to get the original saber to function correctly.

At this point, I do not want another troubleshooting suggestion or another individual component to replace. I simply want my son to have the fully functioning lightsaber that I paid for.

Until that happens, I cannot recommend SUPERNEOX based on my experience.

Leaving a review seems like the only way to get a response.

A fantastic Saber with only minor issues.

The construction is solid, the design itself is very nice and the weight and grip are excellent. Thee crystal chamber is beautiful, and the sound is crisp and clear. The buttons are easy to use, and the variety of sound fonts and customisable blade colours are excellent.

As for the issues, while minor, are still enough to mention that it can't get a perfect score though. For one, there are small but significant imperfections in the finish of the Saber in rather noticeable areas. Also, when fully screwed in, the lines in the hilt and handle do not line up with each other properly, which is a slight disappointment.

Second, the crystal rotates while activated. While this is a visually cool feature, it does also make a fair bit more noise that I would have expected. Not enough to detract from the sound fonts, but certainly enough to be noticeable if you didn't expect it. And I did not notice anything within the app that would allow me to turn that rotation off.

However, even with those little niggles, I am still very satisfied with the Saber, and would still recommend it if you were on the fence.

After weeks and weeks of emails. Picture after picture. I have gotten 3 replies with, try this, now try this. Then they tell me that they are shipping me a new unit with just the parts that I need. Now it’s 2 more weeks and I can’t get a reply as to when it will be delivered. This was a gift for a relative that wanted this particular saber for their collection.
I still have a brand new hilt that has two stripped screws that will not allow me to remove the battery for long term storage. I have ordered so many sabers from this company without any issues. Then I get this one and go to test out their alleged warranty or customer service and this what I get . Sad. I will refrain from placing any further orders with this company. Just for the record. I have 46 sabers in my collection so far. With 12 more on order from other suppliers. I hope Superneox is happy with their choice of providing there level of service that cost them a customer and possibly other customers and other collectors that I know.

The shogun saber is certainly a unique design! What was really unexpected to me was that it makes the iconic dinosaur sounds from the Jurassic Park movies, so I will be keeping that sound font!

really good

Bought the Itachi lightsaber in Dec 2025 for my son who is a member of a national lightsaber organization. It looks fantastic, but after owning for 4 months and only being used twice at events and a couple of times at training sessions the hilt keeps coming loose, and to sort it out you have to strip it all down to tighten up 3 tiny hex-head screws that are barely suitable for holding hilt parts together. Am going to have to look for replacement screws in order to keep it tight so it can be used for longer than 20 minutes at a time and to avoid having to continually strip it down and risk damaging the wires, otherwise it is going to be turning into a pretty wall feature.

I got this blade and it worked very well for me as it was my first, but then after a few months i had broken the parts where the chip were due to a fall, but the customer service after some talking said that a replacement will come soon and it was efficent and great overall!

ani se saber terrific saber i have it now i train my skill and spins everyday this is my favorite lightsaber so far with the many features /!!

It is fun and amazing just how I suspected. I’ve spent hours attacking my sister with it 😂
It has the iconic Lego lightsaber look and I love Lego and lightsabers

Superneox kept me informed like a champ. I ordered June 18, but courier and circuitry problems stretched the final delivery to July 25. Not Superneox's fault, they even sent a free, good core to me after the first caught the notorious dead D61 diode problem. I have two broken lightsaber cores now, might return here to send them in for repair!

Thank you, Superneox!

I ordered a kestis SE for my son’s birthday. Placed order on the 25th of June, a whole month before his birthday thinking delivery takes at most 10 working days. I’m so lucky I ordered when I did as it took a whole month to the date to arrive. I had emailed about the order a couple of times and I always got a response. The first one was to tell me it was out of stock and took a week to come back into stock. Then I got a tracking number and it lay stagnant for another week. I got nervous but they assured me it was in progress. Finally this morning it arrived. It looks absolutely fantastic I don’t know how it’s working yet as it’s another 2 days to his birthday but the looks alone is wow. If u want to order make sure it’s well in advance for you needing it.

These things are unreal. Genuinely got me feeling like a jedi. Could not be more happy with them. From the design to the sound effects its top quality and realistic, just completely epic. Also want to thank supernox for great customer service and fast reply. Everything 10 out of 10

I have seen various lightsabers, but this one is of high quality and I am very satisfied.
It took about 2 weeks to arrive, but I waited for it because I thought it was a training to train the force and spirit.
I am satisfied that you responded to the email well.
I decided to buy it after looking at YouTuber's @FS.channel.
Because there were few Japanese review videos of SUPERNEOX...

The LG lightsaber is truly amazing and fun to use when dealing with friends.
that's all i have to say about it... and also took over 20 days to get it but its worth it.

Perfect on my wall

Just received my Jedi Artifact lightsaber today and it is a dream. It sounds amazing, looks amazing and feels amazing. I was blown away by how many sound and visual fonts it comes with. Massively recommend this lightsaber if you're not overly fussed about the basic hilt

Had the pleasure in dealing with Amidala, who very quickly and effectively dealt with an issue caused with the delivery company. Product is very well made with lots of features very impressive and super happy with it
