Bought the "Luke" lightsaber as a gift. Had a bit of a delay with delivery (ignore the Evri "we've got it" tracking update, wait for the "processing" one which could be about 10 days later).
Very helpful and friendly chat and support when I was worried about the tracking. They tend to work around 00:00 to 11:00 GMT so bear that in mind.
The lightsaber came well packaged with the parts protected in a foam insert. The pommel is all metal, very shiny.
The pommel base screws off so you can insert the USB C charger (5V, 1 or 2A) and the base is also the speaker cover. The speaker is really loud, you can have muted, low or high volume.
The blade inserts snugly and is held in place with 5 mini screw inserts (don't overtighten).
Powering up, the blade effects are fantastic, colours are bright and vivid and the sounds are perfect. Best used at night or in the dark, remember this isn't a real plasma sabre so don't expect to be like looking at the sun 😎
I had a lot of fun using the FORCEPARK app to customise effects and easily switch between sound fonts etc.
Bought as a gift for my daughter who has been a Star Wars fan since getting dressed up as Princess Leia for our cinema trip for The Force Awakens, she now has an ace collectible.

I am beyond happy with my Ahsoka Tano duel sabers! Great quality, and i love the little detail of the rusted tip of the hilt.

Ce sabre sort de l'ordinaire. Son design est brutal, on peut facilement dévisser la boucle si on ne la veut pas. Un de mes préférés ,+++++
Das Schwert ist wirklich hübsch aber überhaupt nicht zum Spielen geeignet. Die Klinge wabbelt über die Flächen. Der Griff ist Recht scharfkantig und ich habe mir die Hand tief aufgeschnitten. Die Schrauben müssen recht fest angezogen werden um einigermaßen Halt zu bieten. Beim Spielen Leiern die so entstandenen Löcher in der Klinge aus...werde es nur noch an der Wand hängen lassen bevor es gar nicht mehr zu gebrauchen ist. Schade weil es wirklich gut aussieht.
Effet Dark Maul garantie avec les 2 lames. Reçu en couleur verte style grogu pour les 2, très jolis. Sons de swing un peu trop fort et de mauvaise qualité, à améliorer je pense. Le reste très bien.
First, the main purchase is the Anakin Skywalker's Episode 2 Lightsaber with SNv4 Pro board. It's a really good hilt and the motion plus sounds are on point with SNv4. The Ep 2 hilt is light, very easy to handle and actually gives a balanced feel when using it, the 7/8" blade is likely best used for light tapping, maybe medium tapping. Okay, when it comes to free Hilts at any Saber Shop, they're old, out of date electronics and I just give them away unless you get lucky and snag an LSW Spin or similar which has only happened to me once in over 20 saber purchases from various sources. I can say that Superneox is legit, they ship fast, and have a wide range of really nice offerings. I will be returning to check if they sell empty hilts because I'm at the point where I prefer to wire, solder, and modify Proffieboard configurations. I'm giving Superneox a 5 star and it's due, just don't go expecting a free saber that competes with your initial purchase because they never do.
The blade seems good quality, but I was charged an extra $20 for shipping after checkout, which seems pretty dishonest.
Well the saber just arrived and the quality is really good I have no complaints with the saber I ordered but it did take nearly 3 times the maximum amount of time to get to me as advertised as well as it was supposed to come with 2 free sabers as part of the deal but alas they did not make it despite being on the order Info. However the saber I did order I like very much.

First of all let me apologize. Some recent changes in the lightsaber market have had the most impact on US customers, mainly due to:
1. the U.S. customs policy adjustment in April. Orders for some models that are not in US warehouses need to be shipped centrally in order to pay customs duties (customers do not have to pay additional duties).
2. Warehouse processing time has been extended due to the large number of orders on Star Wars Day.
3. Free lightsabers are shipped from Hong Kong warehouse. Due to the uncertainty of customs policy in early May, it will take longer for free lightsaber packages to be delivered individually.
We understand that these changes have had a negative impact on making the experience of our US customers terrible, but please be assured that we have been proactively responding to these changes since April.

Have to give this one star for now since I didn’t receive the two free sabers with my purchase. The replica saber arrived one week ago and when I reached out to customer service I was told my free saber would be delayed. I haven’t heard from customer service since, even after I asked them to confirm that I’d be getting the 2 free sabers as was part of the deal. No response, no shipping info, and no updates.
