In a galaxy far, far away, where the Force guides our every move. Just like a Jedi's lightsaber, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. So, should you find yourself in need of a return or refund, fear not, for we are here to assist you on your journey. (Mystery Box, RGB-S4 lightsaber, free lightsaber and accessories do not support refund policy.)
1. Returns:
We understand that sometimes the path you choose may not be the one you expected. Should you wish to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to do so. However, like a Jedi seeking balance, the returned item(s) must be in new and unused condition. Return it to us with all the materials that came with the original shipment, including the product, tool, instruction manual, and packaging. Remember, the Force is strong with receipts and proof of purchase, so please provide your order number or other relevant information.
2. Warranty:
Just as a Jedi Master stands by their Padawan, we stand by our products. We offer a One Year full warranty on all our lightsabers. Should you encounter any issues within the first year of receiving your order, we will repair or replace your saber free of charge. Even after the expiration of the warranty period, fear not, for we will still provide repair parts at a separate cost. The Force of our commitment to your satisfaction knows no bounds.
3. Refunds:
Due to the vast expenses of interstellar shipping, we do not accept returns or issue full refunds unless the lightsaber is proven to have quality defects(non-man-made). When you embark on the path of a return and it is accepted, the burden of return shipping fees—both delivery and return—along with any tariffs we’ve paid, shall rest upon you, noble customer.
Get our return labels, young Padawan, on how and where to send your package. Remember, a return without prior request will be met with the resistance of rejection. To initiate a return and seek the wisdom of our support, contact us at support@superneox.com.
Once we receive your return, our skilled artisans will process it with care. The journey of processing generally takes approximately 3-5 business days. You shall receive an update via email from our returns department, guiding you through the process. Trust in the Force, for on the day we receive and review your product for completeness, we shall issue the refunds you seek.
4. Change and Cancellation:
Like the ebb and flow of the Force, once an order is submitted, we set forth to fulfill it with great haste. Therefore, changing or canceling an order may prove challenging. However, if your order was recently made within the last 24 hours, reach out to us, and we shall strive to make it so. Be mindful, young Jedi, that changing the shipping address after your order has been shipped may incur a fee. Thus, consider your path wisely before finalizing your order.
5. Damages and Issues:
As you receive your package, let the Force guide you to inspect it with utmost care. Should you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, reach out to us immediately. We shall evaluate the issue and, like a Jedi making things right, take appropriate measures to rectify the situation.
6. Lost or Stolen
We understand that not all deliveries reach their final destination unscathed. Should your order be lost or stolen during their journey through the stars, rest assured, the Force of our customer protection is with you.
Should such misfortune befall your order, you, the rightful owner, have the right to seek compensation from the logistics fleet responsible for the transit of your goods. Once a complaint code has been transmitted to us—confirming that the goods have indeed been lost—our commitment to your protection will be activated.
In this case, we shall offer compensation up to 30% of the order value, ensuring that your rights and interests are safeguarded, as the Republic would protect its citizens. The compensation will be delivered via refund, to restore balance to your account.
7. Exchanges:
To swiftly obtain what your heart desires, follow the path of returning the item you possess. Once your exchange is accepted, embark on a separate journey of making a new saber for the desired item. May the Force be with you as you seek the fulfillment of your lightsaber dreams.
