I am really glad that I bought from Superneox. I had a few questions before buying and the live chat answered very fast and good. The Lightsaber didn't work when arrived so I got in the live Chat again and without even seeing in in there hand, they expected the Problem and then it worked. It is the best live chat out there and it was Just perfect. The hilt on the lightsaber is so perfect, it looks Like a Replica but with the button to control. The neopixel is bright, has many options (Sound Fonts etc.) and is also Just perfect. Nothing to complain about. If you want a budget lightsaber that feels Like a 400 Dollar lightsaber you are right here.

I have been a fan of that galaxy far far away for many years now, and ever since I was a child like most SW fans I wanted a lightsaber just like Luke's.
I chose the one provided by SuperNeoX for several reasons, which I will now detail.
Firstly, the price was right. I have done a lot of shopping around and checked many unboxing videos on YouTube and much of what I found gave me the conclusion that SuperNeoX was the most affordable for a good product.
Secondly, the sound effects. Again, thanks to many YouTube videos I was able to listen to how good the sound effects were, and they sounded stunning. I myself am registered medically blind so for me, the sound effects are everything.
They are crisp and very clear, every sound perfectly mixed to allow you the full range of movement and ability to make your living room sound like a Rebel ship corridor full of blaster fire, and you the only Jedi standing between your Rebel friends and approaching stormtroopers.
Thirdly, the design. This particular Luke Skywalker Return of the Jedi blade has several things absolutely right with it.
Firstly, it does not have the clunky control box, meaning you are able to wield this with a firm double-handed grip, unimpeded by a bulky box. the triangular belt clip on my model seemed very stiff though moveable, which means it does not jiggle around and clatter loudly when I am using my lightsaber.
Lastly, the SNV4 model I purchased allows the user to link their saber with the Force Park app, which also grants me as a blind person perfect access to all of the features of the saber, such as clash, drag, blaster, lock, and force affects. Due to my lack of vision, I am not able to track the number of times the light flashes to control such things, so the app makes this very accessible for me.
In short, I feel very satisfied with this product, it feels nice and weighty in my hand, and is clearly constructed from quality parts.

I would definitely recommend it to any Star Wars fans who have ever dreamed of owning their first lightsaber!

Great craftsmanship, overall a very good saber, my only issue is that the Bluetooth feature does not work, I downloaded the app like it says, and it works with another of my sabers but won't connect to this model.

Only niggle is the battery extraction, when you want to charge. It’s proper tight to get out, and the charger, doesn’t change to green when completed. Need to upgrade the internals to have a charge port like the Darth Riven one ( that my son then bought a week later from you) as it takes away the pain,hence 4 stars

First time purchasing a quality lightsaber. The shipping time was reasonable, as was the price. DHL even hid the box as I requested. Upon opening, I noticed that the carboard packing was ripped and the "Toolkit" box was empty (so no set screws or allen wrench to fix the polycarbonate blade). I contacted Customer Support and they were quick to ship out new set screws and an allen wrench, which should arrive in a few days. Once I've got those, I'll really be able to test out the Lightsaber.

However, the hilt was protected in bubble wrap and I had an extra USB-C cable and charger to fuel-up the lightsaber. After the charging was completed, I fired up the Hilt with the App. Bluetooth worked well, the App had some great fonts and effects. The major plus for me is this design omits the bulky control box found in the movie-accurate versions. Not sure how the Jedi worked around that thing with their grips!

Overall, happy with the purchase. Looking forward to swinging the lightsaber around when everything is fully locked in. 4 stars (due to the damaged packaging and missing hardware).

A beautiful hilt that captures all the details of the original prop. It has a heavy weight to it, making it feel extra realistic. The blade is 7/8 inches, as opposed to the other two sabers I’ve bought from Superneox that have 1 inch blades. I wish the blade was as thick as the others but it means more to me that the hilt has the proper proportions, so it’s a fair trade off. This was my second purchase from Superneox and it won’t be my last!

This is my second order from Superneox. I love their quality for a comparably lower price than competitors. This is a great saber and I only have two small issues. The little red and green lights on the hilt turn on (which is great) but they don’t blink at all. They just remain statically on with the power. The bigger issue for me is that the black ignition button rattles around loudly with any saber movement. I was told this was intentionally done to preserve the spring, but I’m not convinced there was no other remedy. With that said, I will happily continue buying sabers from them in the future.

Everything works fine and as expected, only drawback is that there is no charging port, and you must take the battery out to charge, yet the battery is somewhat difficult to remove from its dock.

Overall I’ve been very pleased with my first purchase from Superneox, price is affordable and quality is pretty solid, especially for a hefty saber like Kylo Ren’s. My wrist gets tired after doing one-handed saber flourishes for a while, it’s definitely a two-handed weapon! Your team was also very prompt in putting everything together and shipping it via FedEx, very thankful for that, however an issue I discovered was that the box was a bit wet. It didn’t affect the internals, thankfully, just that the box’s integrity was affected a little, that’s all.

This saber is amazing. Please get it. It has a ton of features, is pretty sturdy, the SmoothSwing is very accurate and the blade effects are impressive. You can connect it via app and design your own effects, upload sound-fonts or adjust settings. It is the best saber I own now. I have the comparison to a Proffie board and the SNv4 is in my opinion easier to access. But I have to give a four star rating, because the LEDs und the control box (red and green arrows) aren’t lighting up. Anyway, this doesn’t make it a bad saber. Get it, it’s worth the money!

I ordered the Luke saber my first ever neopixel and will not be my last that’s for sure this thing is absolutely stunning in every detail what so ever folks don’t hang about get yourself one epic lightsaber A++++

This is my first "real" lightsaber any it didn't disappoint. Looks great, sounds great and has many lighting effects.
It's probably not the best for dueling, as it is a little weighty. But other than that, I would definitely recommend it

It is enjoyable

I recently purchased the Obi-Wan SE × 1 RGB S16 / 32″ (82cm). I do
have a few complaints about it. First of all, there is a sound font
for EVERY Star Wars character EXCEPT Obi-Wan Kenobi. Which given the
fact that it's Obi-Wan Kenobi's lightsaber, is pretty ridiculous.
Also, the fact that there is no charging port and that I have to
remove the battery to charge it, is stupid. I have NEVER seen a
lightsaber without a charging port and I own 5 lightsabers from 5
different companies. The battery already has scratches on it, from
using a flathead screwdriver to get it out, since I couldn't do it any
other way. Overall, I'm not satisfied with the saber, I have owned
better from other companies and if I knew the saber was going to be
this quality, I would have bought one from somewhere else.

I loved the hilt. Very nice good quality and it felt heavy like it's not plastic or cheap fabricated with quality in mind.
I had some difficulty with the settings it took me a while to figure it out.
Only downside it's not as bright as I expected it to be. Their support group was emailing back right away.
Overall I thought it was worth the purchase. I took some decent pics at Supercon and got a lot of photo requests. Just the brightest though.
