At SUPERNEOX, your satisfaction comes first. If you're not completely happy with your lightsaber, we're here to help. As the manufacturer, SUPERNEOX also offers lifetime repair and upgrade services to ensure your saber stays in peak condition.
1. Return Policy
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund. If you're not satisfied with the quality of your lightsaber, contact us within that timeframe to request a return.
Extended Holiday Returns (2025 Only)
Orders placed between November 10, 2025 and January 10, 2026 qualify for our 60-day extended holiday return period. You’ll have 60 days from the shipping date to send the item back.
Important: Please contact us before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
After approval, our support team will email a prepaid electronic return label (if applicable). Please ship the item within 15 days of receiving the label, late shipments may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Accessories. (due to shipping costs exceeding product value)
- Community Support Products: Free items, RGB S4 Lightsabers, Mystery Boxes, Wedding Lightsabers, Neel & Grogu. (promotional items with minimal profit margins)
- Artisan Craftsmanship Products: Obi EP4 (Crystal), Cal (Crossguard), LSW EP7. (high manual labor costs and premium materials)
- Products at Deep Discounts: Orders under "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" or "Buy 1 Get 2 Free" promotions are non-returnable. (Excessive discounts on orders)
Return Shipping Fees
- Defective or quality-related returns: SUPERNEOX covers return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties, and will provide a prepaid label once approved.
- Change-of-mind returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs duties. Prepaid labels are not provided for these cases.
Refund Process
Once your return is received, allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on the provider, refunds may take 1–3 business days to appear, most are processed within 24 hours.
2. Warranty Policy
All lightsabers purchased directly from SUPERNEOX include a standard warranty for the original buyer only and require proof of purchase.
Two-Year Warranty (Special Period Orders)
Orders placed between April 25, 2025 and June 25, 2025 are covered by a two-year warranty.
Standard Coverage
During the warranty period, SUPERNEOX will repair or replace parts found to have defects in materials or workmanship.
What Is Not Covered
Normal wear and tear (blade scratches, battery capacity decline, or damage from mishandling) is not covered. If your saber's lifespan appears shorter than expected, please contact us and we’ll review your case.
How to Request Warranty Service
To start a warranty claim, contact us and provide:
- Your order number and full name
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or a short video showing the problem
Our support team will respond within one business day. We may attempt remote troubleshooting before requesting a return to save time and shipping costs.
If a defect in materials or workmanship is confirmed, SUPERNEOX will repair or replace the product free of charge. Replacement parts under warranty are free, however, for repeat warranty claims or deliveries to remote regions, a partial shipping fee may apply.
3. Order Changes & Cancellations
If you change your mind, contact us within 24 hours. Because lightsabers contain lithium batteries and undergo testing before shipment, cancellations or modifications requested after 24 hours may incur a 15% handling fee if the order is already processing or packed.
If the order has shipped and is non-interceptable, it cannot be canceled.
Address Changes
Address changes after dispatch may incur a $15 correction fee. SUPERNEOX is not responsible for lost packages resulting from incorrect addresses provided by customers if corrections were not requested within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Refund timing: Canceled order refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days to your original payment method (often within 24 hours, depending on your bank).
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or incorrect items, contact us immediately at support@superneox.com. We will provide a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement.
Note: Damage to the outer packaging caused by shipping or handling is not eligible for return or refund. However, you may file a claim directly with the shipping carrier for compensation, and SUPERNEOX will provide any necessary assistance to help you with the claim.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost in transit, first file a claim with the carrier. Once the carrier confirms the loss, SUPERNEOX will provide a partial refund of up to 30% of the order value as compensation.
