At SUPERNEOX, we're committed to getting your lightsaber to you quickly and safely. Read on to learn more about our shipping process and what to expect. We deliver to over 40 countries and regions worldwide. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout, as they may differ by country or region.

Global Warehouses:

We ship from facilities located in the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Hong Kong. Depending on the model you choose, orders will ship from our fulfillment center near Hong Kong International Airport — or from one of our trusted international hubs.

1. Order Processing

  • Address Requirements:
    Please note, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses such as APO, FPO, or DPO.
  • Speedy Preparation:
    Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note warehouse processing times may experience delays of 2-7 business days during peak retail periods such as holiday seasons or major sales events (e.g., May 4th Day/Black Friday).

2. Shipping Rates & Timelines

Our standard delivery time is 5–10 business days depending on your shipping warehouse and delivery address. You can view the estimated delivery date by entering your zip code at checkout page.

For faster processing, please choose expedited shipping and include any relevant instructions in the shopping cart notes.

3. Tracking & Communication

  • Stay Informed:
    Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor its progress.  
  • Accurate Contact Information:
    Ensure your email address is correct at checkout – it’s our primary way to reach you with updates.

4. Customs & Import Duties

  • Pre-Paid Duties: 
    For most destinations, import duties are pre-paid as part of your order. When you check out, you can select the shipping option that includes pre-paid customs fees. 
  • Extended Delivery Times:
    Please note that shipments with pre-paid duties may take a bit longer as customs fees are processed centrally.

5. Shipping Partners & Delivery

  • Trusted Carriers:
    We partner with reputable carriers to guarantee secure and timely delivery. Occasionally, tracking information might not be available until the package nears its destination due to regional logistics.
  • Unforeseen Delays:
    While we do our best to avoid delays, factors such as customs inspections, natural disasters, or geopolitical events can sometimes affect delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in these cases.

6. Upon Delivery

Inspect Your Order:
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If you notice any damage, contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue quickly.

7. Force Majeure

Beyond Our Control:
We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, wars, or other extraordinary circumstances.
